Welcome to my website

As a busy mom of two, I live the time crunch and understand how difficult it can be to prepare healthy, home-cooked meals.  As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I am here to help!  It is my goal to help others prepare nutritious meals at home, using both my expertise as an RDN and my own experience as the mother of very energetic and involved children.  Here you will find healthful, easy recipes to prepare on those hectic weeknights, along with helpful tips to utilize your precious time efficiently.  But don’t worry, although I’m a dietitian, I’m also realistic.  I grew up (and still live!) in the rural midwest.  I believe ALL foods can fit in a healthful lifestyle,  in moderation.  Yes, that even includes bacon (one of my favorites!)  I hope your family can enjoy these recipes as much as mine!
